Terms & conditions
These terms describe the rules for using Food Photo Boost, including customer accounts, uploaded photos, generated images, AI-assisted tools, credits, and platform access.
1. Overview
Food Photo Boost is a shared software platform for AI-assisted food photo enhancement and generation workflows. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use Food Photo Boost on behalf of a restaurant, company, client, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or workspace.
You are responsible for deciding who receives access to your Food Photo Boost workspace and for reviewing prompts, source photos, generated outputs, billing actions, and published uses.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Food Photo Boost to break the law, interfere with the platform, or process material that you do not have the right to use.
- No illegal, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- No uploading photos, logos, people, private material, or third-party assets unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process and use them.
- No attempts to mislead customers about ingredients, allergens, portion sizes, packaging, sponsorship, certification, or the real nature of the food being sold.
- No attempts to bypass access controls, probe other users, scrape the service, automate abuse, or disrupt service availability.
- No submission of payment data, secrets, health data, or sensitive personal data into prompts or image uploads.
4. Customer content
You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, brand materials, generated outputs, and other materials that you upload, create, or download through Food Photo Boost, subject to any rights held by third parties.
You grant Food Photo Boost the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transform, display, and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the service, generating outputs, troubleshooting issues, enforcing limits, and supporting your account.
You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, properly licensed, and suitable for the channels where you use it, including menus, delivery apps, websites, ads, packaging, and social posts.
5. AI-assisted features
Food Photo Boost offers AI-assisted enhancement and generation workflows. These features are provided to help create or refine food visuals, not to replace your review or legal, brand, food-safety, allergen, platform, or advertising compliance checks.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic, or unsuitable for a particular channel. You remain responsible for checking that generated images match the food, ingredients, portion size, packaging, brand, and disclosure requirements before use.
Food Photo Boost is not affiliated with or endorsed by delivery platforms. Each marketplace, advertiser, publisher, and sales channel may apply its own image rules.
6. Credits, plans, and operational limits
Plans, trials, credits, generations, downloads, storage, and feature access may be limited by product configuration, billing state, fair-use rules, abuse-prevention checks, or technical capacity.
Credits and generation allowances are not cash balances and may be capped, expire, be restored after confirmed provider or system failures, or be adjusted as described in the product or billing flow.
If a workflow, account, or traffic pattern creates unusual load, abuse risk, infringement risk, or operational cost beyond normal fair use, we may apply rate limits, temporary restrictions, additional review, or a different commercial arrangement.
7. Third-party services
Food Photo Boost depends on third-party providers for infrastructure and product operation, including hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI-processing services.
Your use of some connected capabilities may therefore also depend on the terms, uptime, content policies, and technical limits of those third-party providers.
8. Availability and product changes
We may improve, change, limit, pause, or remove parts of the service over time. We may also perform maintenance, security work, provider changes, model changes, or infrastructure changes that affect availability or output behavior.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, identical outputs across time, or the continued availability of every model, preset, format, or feature in its current form.
9. Intellectual property
The Food Photo Boost software, product design, trademarks, and related materials belong to Food Photo Boost or its licensors, except for customer content that you provide.
These terms do not give you ownership of the software itself or the right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish the service beyond what is necessary to use it as intended.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, a security risk, infringement risk, a payment issue, a violation of these terms, or a need to protect the service or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including those about content responsibility, AI output review, disclaimers, liability, and legal compliance, survive termination where applicable.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Food Photo Boost is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service or any generated output will meet every legal, advertising, platform, food-labeling, operational, or commercial requirement for your business without your own review.
To the extent permitted by law, Food Photo Boost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and business evolve. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page and publish the latest version here. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
